Meet Tina, the newest Fit Collective team instructor.
Tina is an ex-gymnast and yogi passionate about movement, who has always enjoyed practicing different disciplines and exploring the possibilities of the human body.
Over the years she has focused on teaching children and adults Yoga and Acrobatics from a playful and conscious perspective. With a degree in communication and media, Tina set aside her career in 2020 to focus full time on coaching and teaching.
Her goal as a coach is to guide people to achieve new and exciting skills while co-create a healthy mind and body for a happier life.
