Taylor Swift fever is taking over Australia ahead of The Eras Tour. Ovolo Hotel venues in Sydney and Melbourne (Lona Misa, Backroom, Amphlett House, Alibi Bar & Dining) are hitting all the right notes with Taylor Swift-inspired cocktail and mocktail menus. Each bevvie draws inspiration from her greatest hits and favourite bar orders.

And, there’s plenty to sip about. From Taylor’s drink of choice, ‘French Blonde’, to ‘Champagne Problems’, Swifties have their pre-show drinks sorted. You can also beat the summer heat with an alcohol-free ‘Cruel Summer’.

Taylor Swift Cocktail Menu Sydney

Alexander Nixon, Mixologist at Alibi Bar & Dining, says:
“I am a huge fan of Taylor Swift, and always have one of her songs stuck in my head, especially from the 1989 album, so this menu was a fun one to create. When thinking of a cocktail, we would sing the lyrics of a song and try to pick out parts to showcase in liquid form. Every drink is reflective of Swift in some way, whether it’s her music, style or personal preferences. My top picks are ‘Ms. Americana’ and ‘Everything Has Changed’.”

Melbourne Menu

Darlan Alves, Mixologist at Lona Misa, says:
“We wanted to create something fun to keep the ‘Swifties’ happy during the Eras Tour, and this limited-edition drinks menu is such a fun one to be part of. We did plenty of research by replaying her songs, finding out what her favourite drinks are and talking with ‘Swifties’ who taste-tested and approved our creations. For example, the French Blonde (Taylor’s Version) is her favourite cocktail and I wanted to give fans the same drink to enjoy while she’s in town to keep the good times rolling.”
