On Saturday 3 May, Australians can celebrate International Pilates Day with FS8 – the signature blend of Pilates, Yoga and Tone – completely free in selected studios nationally.

FS8 classes include:
- Hybrid: Combining two styles of training, cardio and resistance, the primary focus is on continuing to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance and total body conditioning.
- Strength: Free weights, spring tensions and body weighted exercises encourage muscular contraction and endurance; building on overall strength through the simulation of all major muscle groups.
- Cardio: Elevating the heart rate and stimulating the lungs through rhythmic and continuous movement. A high intensity and low impact component of training, energises and invigorates the body, cardiorespiratory and cardiovascular systems.
- Restore: Active recovery is more than just stretching. Through mindful, slower and low-impact movements, this yoga inspired practice encourages muscles to lengthen, release and rebuild. Bringing the consciousness to the breath creates a calm, non-intimidating environment.
