Finding “the one” can be an exhausting process. There’s lots of playing the field, of butterflies in the stomach and, sad but true, disappointment and heartache.
So when you eventually find your favourite hair salon and stylist, you make it a point to cultivate this budding relationship and make it official.
Liam Johnson, senior technician and style director at Toni&Guy in Mosman, is one of those stylists worth settling down for. I recently saw Liam to tame my stressed-out tresses and give my hair a much-needed glow-up.
After recommending a conditioning treatment to help rebuild and moisturise my hair from the inside out, Liam’s precision scissor skills were on display. He added shape and movement to my shoulder-length hair, removing the dead weight from the ends and adding in layers that softly framed my face.
The icing on the cake was the blowout – my hair looked bouncier, sleeker and healthier and felt softer and luxurious. And the best part is, it’s so much easier to style at home now.
