Saint Haven is a private health and wellness social club. Created by the Gurner group, it opens its doors in March 2023 in Collingwood, Victoria.
Saint Haven will be a holistic experience where performance meets recovery, strength meets mindfulness and modern science meets ancient wisdom, while you develop social connections for life.
It contains a holistic bar and restaurant as well as a training and performance area with six spaces across strength and conditioning, high intensity interval training, yoga, meditation and breathwork, reformer pilates and performance cycling. These activities will be complemented and enhanced by a series of recovery, anti-ageing and bio- hacking experiences and holistic medicinal treatments.
Saint Haven also offers comprehensive and holistic health checks. Following the results from these tests, the Saint Haven team can devise a programme of activities best suited to your individual needs.
