Starting in skincare with a focus on peels before moving into a range of post-procedure cosmeceuticals, Dermaceutic Laboratoire has good reason to celebrate 20 successful years with their science-based ranges.

With the backdrop of the George Room at the QT hotel, guests were treated to a delicious high tea and personalised illustration by the talented Belinda Xia.

Dermocosmetica CEO, George Kypreos, took us through their 10-year journey as the Australian and New Zealand distributor of Dermaceutic Laboratoire and how these regions have become the fifth largest in sales for these ranges worldwide.

He then introduced Nicola Fagiuola, Managing Director of Dermaceutic Laboratoire, which he founded in 2002 with the strong belief that science is the skin’s best ally. Nicola gave a comprehensive history of the brand, how it started and his science-based ethos, before taking us through the properties of the hero products in their cosmeceutical range, including; Mela Cream (pigmentation cream), K Ceutic (post-treatment cream) and C25 Cream (antioxidant concentrate).

The Dermaceutic Laboratoire range include 10 peels – from superficial to ‘doctors-only’ deep – that are able to treat a number of skin concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, acne, melasma and pigmentation. The cosmeceutical range, although developed for post-treatment use, is also perfect for everyday use, with products aimed at different skin types.
