My aesthetician was Jessica Giraldi, who’s also the Head of Education At Professional Beauty Solutions. Her calm manner and friendly approach added to the Zen-like 60 minute experience. While her demeanour was calm and welcoming, her very firm hands delivered. No exaggeration: this was one of the very best facials of my life!

The consultation process is your standard clipboard and questions scenario. The extra TLC and the deep dive into my dermal concerns reassured me that I was in good hands.
Before I snuggled in under the warm blanket atop the comfy beauty bed, I examined my skin in the backlit mirror. I took my obligatory ‘before’ photo and video. At this point, I wasn’t even remotely aware that my ‘after’ would indeed be facelift-like and leave with me with my mouth agape.
The Image Skincare Signature Facelift incorporates Vitamin C and fruit enzymes, blended in an organic aloe vera base, to visibly reduce redness and brighten the skin, while hyaluronic acid provides superior hydration. The skin type indications for this treatment are: redness-prone, dry/dehydrated, smoker’s skin, tired/ dull, post-microdermabrasion, oily/acne. At least one those is me!
Jessica used a salon-only tool akin to a mechanical gua sha during my heavenly facial to deliver – at a far deeper level – the products specially selected for my skin type and concerns during consultation stage.
The entire facial experience was so relaxing, and definitely very results-driven. When I looked at my skin post-treatment, I was so pleasantly surprised – my face was so sculpted, and the glow was next level!
Post treatment: how do you keep the glow for longer?
Of course, you’ve got to do your homework for a glow like this to last. Jessica prescribed a post treatment kit for me, and it was the perfect balance of products to use. With calming and soothing botanicals, stem cells, peptides and antioxidants to assist healing, this range promotes a healthy, strong skin barrier, as well as encourages new collagen production.
The range also includes skin brighteners and tyrosinase inhibiters, to help even the skin tone, and reduce inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
