In what is a national tragedy, the Summer Bushfires devastated a genetically diverse koala population. As many as 10,000 koalas — 30% pf the koala population in NSW — are estimated to have perished last summer from bushfires and drought in NSW alone.

Luxury sustainable Italian hair care label Davines has partnered with the Australian Koala Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to the preservation of koalas and their habitats. For the month of July, $2 from every Davines Duo Pack sold will be donated to the Australian Koala Foundation to support their reforestation project.

Davines began planning this initiative in June 2019, with conservation at the forefront of their sustainable and eco-conscious ethos, but unfortunately due to the recent devastating bushfire season it is needed more than ever with the Australian Koala Foundation estimating there to be less than 100,000 koalas left in the wild.

Throughout July, $2 from every Davines Duo Pack will be donated to the Koala Foundation

The Davines X Australian Koala Foundation collaboration is now live. Renowned for finding the ideal equilibrium between beauty and environmental awareness, Davines’ ranges combine innovation and craftsmanship and are scientifically engineered using the highest grade, natural ingredients, applying decades of technical rigour for excellence in each formula.
