Want 45% less pimples in 28 days? Join the LA ROCHE-POSAY anti-acne revolution.

LA ROCHE-POSAY Effaclar Serum – anti-imperfections, anti-marks, daily peeling, $59.95 30ml

Research shows that 29% of Australian women report experiencing acne, with 49% feeling embarrassed and 45% claiming their self-confidence had reduced1. The neck, jawline and chin are the most affected areas where imperfections present gradually and reoccur frequently.

To address these common concerns, sensitive skincare specialist LA ROCHE-POSAY has launched the latest innovation in its Effaclar anti-acne skincare range, the Effaclar Serum.

The new Effaclar Serum is an ultra-concentrated daily face serum for mild to moderate acne-prone skin, scientifically proven to target breakouts as well as help visibly reduce the appearance of imperfections, fine lines and wrinkles (how’s that for multi-tasking?). It essentially works as a daily peeling treatment for acne-prone skin, helping to significantly reduce imperfections and blemishes.

When trialled by 51 acne-prone subjects every day, Effaclar Serum demonstrated 50% fewer blackheads after 44 days, 45% fewer pimples after 28 days and 49% fewer acne marks after 28 days.2

The new highly efficacious serum has been formulated with three complementary peeling acids – LHA (to micro-exfoliate and help stimulate skin renewal), Salicylic Acid (to deeply unclog pores and reduce excess sebum), and anti-bacterial Glycolic Acid (to renew skin surface and refine visible pores).

The skin refining Tri-Acid Complex is supported by the addition of active ingredient Niacinamide, a form of essential nutrient Vitamin B3, to help support the natural skin barrier, assist in retaining moisture, and improve skin texture.

It doesn’t seem fair that women in their late 20s, 30s, and 40s are experiencing breakouts and dealing with the plight of acne-prone skin. Meeting new people, relationships and work situations can be threatening for women with adult acne, as it can impact negatively on their self-esteem and confidence. It’s exciting to see a trio of proven hydroxyacids with niacinamide formulated in an efficacious anti-acne treatment serum. We all know that effective acne management leads to an increased quality of life. – Dr Jo-Ann See, Dermatologist, Central Sydney Dermatology

New Effaclar Serum helps to visibly reduce the appearance of breakouts, fine lines and wrinkles to promote a healthy-looking complexion. It showcases a non-greasy, non-sticky, fast-absorbing texture which is best followed by LA ROCHE-POSAY’s anti-acne moisturiser – Effaclar Duo (+).

The LA ROCHE-POSAY Effaclar anti-acne skincare range is available for purchase online at www.laroche-posay.com.au or at Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, Adore Beauty and select pharmacies nationally.
