The Ella Awards held on Saturday the 8th of September at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, celebrated the leaders and innovators in Skin Solutions and business by bringing together experts from over 140 Ella Baché salons and David Jones stores nationwide.
The annual Ella Awards highlight Ella Baché’s best and brightest by setting a national benchmark for beauty and skincare experts. Recognised and rewarded for all aspects of excellence in beauty therapy and small business, the evening focused on the women and men who embody the Ella Baché brand and continue to inspire, innovate and deliver results focused Skin Solutions and business excellence.
Reminiscing on the hay-days of Studio 54, the Foundation Hall was converted into a theatre of glitz and glamour – the perfect set to showcase Ella Baché’s glowing talent.
Franchise Owners, Distributors, David Jones Counter Managers and Head Office staff gathered from all over the country for the illustrious event. The awards were presented by CEO Pippa Hallas, Director of Sales and Training Michael Knox, National Training Manager Gina Cook, Head of Education Jennifer Hayes, David Jones National Sales Manager Emily Black and special guest, comedian and TV personality Joel Creasey.
The Ella Award winners are all exceptional Ella Baché ambassadors who demonstrate the highest level of commitment and passion for what they do. The major winners of the evening won a trip overseas and were recognised for an outstanding 12 months of service.
